Privacy Notice

This notice covers the TradeABS website and early-access waitlist, operated by the TradeABS founding team.

What we collect

If you join, we collect your email address, email-verification and consent timestamps, and any survey answers you choose to provide: debt interests, investor type, estimated starting capital, intended trading frequency, and country or region. Please do not submit account balances, identity documents, or other sensitive information.

We record campaign parameters from the link you follow and the referring website’s hostname to understand which campaigns attract interest. We also count page visits, waitlist starts, verified signups, and completed surveys by source. These counts are not a unique-person count.

How we use it

We use this information to verify your email, send the TradeABS updates you request, understand trading preferences, plan market availability, and prevent abuse. Survey answers are estimates and do not commit you to invest. We do not sell your personal information.

Providers and storage

Railway hosts the site and stores the waitlist records and survey responses. Resend sends verification emails and manages newsletter contacts, survey properties, and unsubscribes. These providers may process data outside your country. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard network request data when the font loads.

A necessary, secure session cookie lets you submit survey preferences after verifying your email. It expires after 24 hours. We do not use advertising pixels or advertising cookies on this site. IP addresses are temporarily hashed for rate limiting; infrastructure providers may retain operational request logs under their own policies.

Retention and choices

Unverified email challenges expire after 10 minutes and are removed by routine cleanup. Verification sessions and rate-limit records expire within 24 hours. Waitlist and survey records are retained while this early-access program operates, unless you request deletion. If the program closes, we will remove its personal data within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; contact us if you also want your stored survey and waitlist records deleted. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Available rights depend on your jurisdiction.
